Dear Changemaker,
It was an absolute honor to welcome you to our session "THE SAFETY AND STRENGTH IS IN ME" at the Anne Frank Youth Network event. PresenceAtWork is proud to have contributed to empowering you and your peers, the next generation of leaders and changemakers!

During the workshop, we explored the incredible inner resource within you: your heart. By connecting your hand with your upper breastbone, you can center and reassure yourself, creating an immediate link to your heart and core being. This simple act not only helps you tap into your inner wisdom but also fosters meaningful connections with others, meeting eye to eye, soul to soul, and heart to heart. It's a courageous and powerful step to make an impact with what you have to say!
Remember, it all starts with connecting with yourself by placing your hand on your upper breastbone. As simple as that!
We also guided you to discover who you are from within, envisioning yourself as an entire LAND in the MY LAND visualization. This reflection of your deepest self serves as the foundation upon which you can build your ideal world. For many, this might have been a first step toward exploring your inner self. The more you get to know yourself, the more you will grow in confidence, stepping forward freely with who you are and what you want to achieve.
Again, connecting your hand to your heart is a great way to access that inner wisdom.
